My name is Bill Gladney, and I’m a Psychic Medium in Raleigh, NC. I’ve been aware of Spirit since I was a child, but for many years I didn’t fully understand what I was experiencing. Everything changed more than a decade ago when I went through a deep spiritual awakening, and what once felt mysterious began to make sense.
That awakening led me into years of focused development: working closely with my Spirit Guides; mentorship and training with respected mediums Cindy Kaza, Tony Stockwell, and Chris Drew (Arthur Findlay College); and completing a one-year apprenticeship with an experienced psychic medium.
Now, through The Rescue Medium, I help people feel supported, seen, and guided, whether you’re seeking peace, direction, or a heartfelt connection beyond the veil. Although I’m based in Raleigh, I work with clients nationwide and around the world.

I’m both a psychic and a medium. Psychically, I receive guidance from Spirit, Spirit Guides, and Angels through signs, words, feelings, and visions. As a medium, I connect with departed loved ones and other souls, including those who have crossed over and those who remain earthbound.
I also specialize in Rescue Mediumship, helping Lost Souls move from confusion into the Light.

When someone passes, their soul is given the opportunity to transition to a higher plane of existence, which I refer to as the Soul Realm. Most souls move forward naturally. Sometimes, however, a soul becomes confused, afraid, or emotionally attached and does not fully transition. These are often called Lost Souls or “ghosts.” They can linger near the living, sometimes causing unexplained activity or an unsettling feeling in a home or space.
Rescue Mediumship focuses on two goals: restoring peace in your home or business and compassionately helping the Lost Soul cross into the Soul Realm to continue their journey.
